N.E.R.D. Calls On Future For The Tumultuous “1000”

The ‘Cool Kids’ and the ‘Nerds’ find common ground in ‘1000.’

N.E.R.D. has been doing some pretty crazy s–t music-wise as of late, and “1000” is no different. On it, the Virginia-based group adds a whole bunch of noises together to create this outer-spaceish track that will confusingly hype you up.

When Future’s part hits, “1000” turns a little more hip hop-sounding, as the ATL rapper spits tough ass bars over a harder version of the instrumental you hear in the first portion of the song. Thank God it changed, because I’m not hip to all that unorthodox s**t.

N.E.R.D. might make the greatest break-dancing album in the history of music with this new album!
