Alpha Mule gives us quite the adventure in this Southern rooted track titled, ‘Corpus Christi’.
Alpha Mule is a music duo from Southern California that mixes in rock, blues, bluegrass, and folk into the tunes they make. Recently, the duo released their debut album titled, ‘Peripheral Vision’, and it contains several different records that mimic the traditional southern music from yesteryear. The lead single off the album is ‘Corpus Christi’, and as you can imagine, it embodies everything that the famous Texas town stands for. Accompanied by this fast paced instrumental (that actually ends up slowing down towards the end), the duo gives us this riveting tale that involves falling in love, unfamiliar territory, and lots of backroads!
