Machine Gun Kelly isn’t the same dude…. I feel like he is no longer game to do stupid s—t like shoot the neighbors dog with a BB gun anymore.
I like this version of Machine Gun Kelly! He’s a lot more introspective, which results in him making better music overall. On ‘Habits’, it feels like he’s at war with both the new and old versions of himself, as he passionately sings and raps over this touching instrumental that sounds like it never fully gets started.
Machine Gun will be republican in about two years.
