Tinashe continues to call on our favorite rappers for her latest singles.
Honestly, when it comes to music, Tinashe is like 10/10, for me. I feel like she only makes hits — ones that hip hop fans have no choice but to enjoy. In “Faded Love,” Tinashe does it again, giving us a lil somethin’ somethin’ that has this island vibe to it. I love her verses, as she sorta hypnotizes us with these infectious lyrics and soothing vocals, sounding like a woman who just found love after waking up from anesthesia. It’s sexy, it’s romantic, it’s your typical Tinashe.
Future doesn’t quite need to be on this song, but his contributions are still useful. Initially he tries to go toe to toe with Tinashe vocally, then has this pretty aggressive verse towards the end. I think it’s a pretty decent feature from Hendrix.
Somebody needs to wife Tinashe up fast. She’s starting to sound more and more frustrated.
