Complicated like Donald Trump’s early morning tweets?
Dave East told the world that if someone dropped a fan-made artwork for his new “Complicated” single, he would release it to the masses. Well it happened, and here we are! Now that it’s here, I’m sorta like ‘blah’…It feels like he’s yapping on the track, sorta coasting through the smooth instrumental with these ho hum bars. I like Dave East, but when he opens up his feelings like this on a song, it can get a little boring..
