I haven’t heard from Tru Life in legit 10 years!
Tru Life is a very good rapper and all, and he does put up a few decent verses in this song in which he takes advantage of the slow paced/bass boomin’ instrumental using this melodic approach rapping-wise; but I think it’s all about Future and his rock star like contributions on the hook that steals the show here. Not only does it remind me of his old s**t, but it also lets the world know that it is ok to be infatuated with a bad chick that you meet in the club.
OVERALL RATING (5/5)
Quincy is the creator of Ratings Game Music. He loves writing about music, taking long walks on beaches, and spaghetti that fights him back.
