It feels like Curren$y has been next level focused these days.
Curren$y (aka the sleepy sounding rap assassin) has slowed up a bit when it comes to releasing music (mind you, he was releasing a mixtape every month). But when he has released some s**t, it has sounded epic. However, in his latest effort, “Targa,” he gives us something slight, rapping a bit carefree over this chilled out Drupey Beatz Beat. In all honesty, his mumbling ass approach on the song distracted me from actually understanding what he was saying in his raps, but if I were to guess, he’s talking about lusting over a woman.
