Honestly, I’ve been feeling Pi’erre Boune’s music more than Playboi Carti’s lately. He does a good job of doing what Playboi Carti does well, however, making the style sound more dynamic. In Marie Curry, my observation rings true. The song features a bangin’ ass instrumental that I can see Carti slaying, and a version of the rapper/producer that sings with daring vocals and refreshingly reckless lyrics. I like the direction he decided to take here, as he continues to make a name for him when it comes to the rapping side of things.
