Jhene Aiko Revamps Her “Never Call Me” Tune With A YG Feature (Review & Stream)

Look at YG getting that R&B money!

Jhene has been phenomenal when it comes to making introspective R&B music. On her last album, she had a few cuts that featured lots of vulnerability, and I feel like she handled it very well. One of those songs are “Never Call Me” — a slow jam that has her teaching some young lad to be a man through some soft vocals and pretty audacious lyrics. In the remix to the track, YG gives his two cents on the topic, letting any parties interested in pursuing Jhene know that if you don’t approach her right, this pistol-toting/40 drinking maniac is fitna see you.

I love when LA artists work together on music!
