Summertime is damn there year round in the south.
Translee’s “Freedom Summer” is a must-listen. The project has a bunch of unapologetic bars that I think rap listeners will love, especially if you are on the side of NFL players kneeling and s**t. Anyway, one of the songs off of the project is titled “Catch This Wave” with T.I., and it is a fun-loving track that has this summery instrumental, some pro-black sentiments from both artists involved, and some really good flows. I definitely vibed all the way out listening to this joint, and that’s saying a lot, because I have no clue who Translee is….
