Dave East Calls On Styles P & Kehlani For The Street-Inspired “Feels Good” (Review & Stream)

This collaboration makes all the sense in the world.

It is no surprise that Dave East is one of the hottest rappers in the game right now, mainly because he puts in the work to be a rap star. Within’ the last year, he’s dropped at least three different projects, and when it comes to collaborations, he’s been linked to just about every artist poppin’ in the game. Today, the Harlem native decided to keep his streak of solid street records going, linking up with Kehlani and Styles P for this laid-back banger called “Feels Good.” On it, we are served to a back and forth between both New York rappers in which they boast about their savage ways while promoting a street authentic lifestyle. Kehlani’s contributions to the track is the icing on the cake for me, as she provides it with a hook so sly and gaudy that she might’ve won herself a hood pass in Harlem.

Lowkey, there’s no reason Dave East and Kehlani can’t be the 2018 Mary and Method Man.
