Kodak Black Opens Up In “Calling My Spirit” (Review & Stream)

I am officially convinced that Kodak Black has voices in his head.

Since being released from jail, I feel like Kodak Black has been next level focused. Not only has he chosen to drop nothing but quality singles, but his features have been pretty solid, too. In his latest release, “Calling My Spirit,” he gets a chance to explain his mindset when it comes to everything from dealing with shaky friends to growth as a person. In one instance, the song gives off this bluesy feel, with Kodak giving us several cries for help, but at the same time, he does drop some aggressive bars here and there, too. The combination of the two makes for something that sounds real as s**t, and I am one of those people that is here for some real ass content from Kodak.

I swear, Kodak sounds like Lil Baby on this song…
