We’ve gotten some really good pop releases this week! One of my personal favorites is easily “Dancing With A Stranger” by Normani and Sam Smith. On it, listeners are treated to this chilly yet uptempo tune that does a great job of igniting your dancing feet and giving off nothing but solemn vibes. With the song revolving around leaving your failing relationship in the past in favor of some serious partying, I think the approach both singers took on their verses was appropriate here. I also think the notes both singers were able to reach were pretty impressive.
This is one of those songs I feel like I heard before (It’s that good).
