Jamar definitely gets straight to the point here.
Jamar hails from the DMV, and if there’s anything to know about the people from there, it is that they keep s**t real 99.9% of the time. In “Beat It Up,” the first single off of his upcoming “Room Service” EP, Jamar was able to bless us with a smooth yet raw R&B gem that has him aggressively persuading his chick to take things to the next level (aka the bedroom). Personally, I enjoy the energy attached to the song’s instrumental, Jamar’s edgy vocal performance throughout, and most importantly, how infectious his melodies are.
This is the 21st century, we like to keep s**t real these days!
