Khalid Releases “Don’t Pretend”

Khalid continues to get his roll on with “Don’t Pretend.”

If you throw Khalid in any R&B situation, I am convinced he will succeed. In his latest offering, he was able to deliver something that is passionate and pop-inspired.

“Don’t Pretend” follows in the path of openness for Khalid, as he talks about someone special to him that has him begging, pleading and damn-there passing out for their love. As usual, the El Paso singer glides his way through the song utilizing this nurturing singing approach that only gets intense when the content asks him to.

Can this chick just text Khalid back so he can go on with his life! I don’t need to hear all this begging on Wet Willies Wednesday!
