Lone Caravan, you guys are wrong! This song is all mines, cause I see it in MY iTunes library after I downloaded it.
I said it before, and I’ll say it again: Finding authentic rock music in this day and age is harder than trying to find a sauce that is better than the one they put in Big Macs. One of the few acts that are capable of making an authentic rock song is Lone Caravan, and in “It Ain’t Even Yours,” they prove my point.
The moment you press play on “It Ain’t Even Yours,” you are greeted to electrifying guitar-play, hard-hitting drumming and vocals so boisterous, I almost called the cops on the lead singer of Lone Caravan. When you add the rebellious lyrical content about having the psyche of a unflappable/self-assured warrior to the grand scheme of things, what you get is an intense, high-octane, bi-polar, out-of-control, untamed, unmovable rock hit that has 10,000 doses of highs, and about 0.5 ounces of lows (It gets a little mushy around 2 minutes and 39 seconds, but no need to worry, it gets intense again 45 seconds later!)
If the phrase “It Ain’t Even” isn’t stuck in your head by the end of this song, your brain probably “ain’t even yours!” (Do you like that witty zing, Lone Caravan?)
