I am one of the many individuals that think A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg don’t have enough songs together. Today, I am granted some clemency, because the two Harlem spitters decided to unite for this grungy banger called “Pup” that has each of them going back and forth on some flashy, braggadocios and grungy s**t over this updated version of DMX’s “Get At Me Dog”beat. As expected, Rocky brings tricky flows and outstanding wordplay to the song, while Ferg relies on his boisterous approach to catch our attention.
The day New York rap like this comes back for good, I’m quitting my job.
