Wifisfuneral continues to be underrated as s**t!

REVIEW

Wifisfuneral is a very unpredictable artist. In one sense, he is capable of making exuberant/creative music, and in another, he falls prey to his feelings, coming across as disturbed and suicidal. In “Ethernet 2.” the Florida rapper does a great job of combining both worlds together, creating a seven track EP that is trap-heavy, but also very lyrical and emotional. After listening to the project, will you have your fingers on 911? Probably, but that shouldn’t take away from how willing Wifi is to put his troubled life on wax.

Wifisfuneral is capable of sounding erratic like XXXTENTACION, lyrical like Russ, and sappy like Lil Skies. Personally, I enjoy the lyrical version of the rapper (Which you get on songs like “when it’s all said and done” and “NO TRUST”), and think his other versions is actually what’s holding him back from blowing up. Then again, I am far from an AR person, so don’t take my words as the holy grail.

BESTS AND WORSTS FROM THE EP

BEST SONGS FROM THE ALBUM

“run?” and “when it’s all said and done.” On both you get great bars, while on the former, you get a great melody and catchy hook.

WORST SONGS FROM THE ALBUM:

i really hate pills.” It sounds way too low in quality.

BEST BEAT ON THE ALBUM

“run?” I love its vibrant sound.

BEST VERSE FROM THE ALBUM

Wifi’s verse on “when it’s all said and done.” He got very personal on it.

BEST FEATURE ON THE ALBUM

Al Benji, and that’s because he was the only feature on the album.

SLEPT ON TRACK FROM THE ALBUM

“run?”
