Raise your hand if you saw a J.I.D. and Aloe Blacc collaboration coming in 2019? (Put your damn hand down you liar!)
Wow, J.I.D. has officially made it big! Don’t get me wrong, his wave has been boomin’ for quite some time now, but when you start talking about making soundtrack songs, you are on another level, to me. “Getting Started” is a song off of the upcoming ‘Hobbs & Shaw’ soundtrack, and on it, Aloe Blacc and J.I.D. give us something filled with passionate singing, motivational words, tongue-twisting flows and epic vibes.
If you watch Songland, “Getting Started” was created by one of the contestants on it (Kyle Williams). I wonder what type of check he got for revealing the song on live TV?
