Geez, I missed hearing YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s bi-polar music.
After doing a short stint in jail earlier this year, Young Boy Never Broke Again has returned to his mobbin’ ways in his music. In “Slime Mentality,” his first major single since being released, he takes out his anger on this soulful trap instrumental — threatening foes, challenging ops, and using his outside voice over it. While I can honestly say that something in the hip-hop game was missing when Young NBA was locked-up, I can also say that I wasn’t ready for the ferociousness dude brought to this comeback song.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again needs to take a chill-pill the size of a hockey puck.
