Lil Uzi Vert Drops Surprise Single “That Way”

THAT WAY

Lil Uzi Vert

OVERALL RATING (???)

If Uzi doesn’t drop Eternal Atake in the next two weeks, I’m going to sue him.

Lil Uzi Vert decided to drop a brand new single today called “That Way.” I get it, it’s Sunday and I shouldn’t be listening to dude’s music, but hey, at least the song is enjoyable!

“That Way” sounds like a trill-ass Sesame Street song. Not only do you get a colorful instrumental on it, but you also get harmonies by Uzi that sound like some Kidz Bop s**t.

Fellow savages, no need to worry, throughout “That Way” you get lyrics by Uzi that are both braggadocios and savage (Read below):

Woah, she from Atlanta, she went to Cascade, ayy (Let’s get it)
She ride the D like she’s tryna drag race (Woah)
Don’t slow me right down, I like it fast-paced, ayy
That is enough about that girl, everyone know it is my world
If he dropped an album, thought it was trash day (Yeah, woah)
I’m on my own, not talkin’ masturbate, yeah (Ew)
She gave me dome ’til I graduate, woah
I’ma grab a Bentley, Mean might go and grab a Wraith, yeah
I had to snap back into reality and go grab a fitted (Fitted)
My jeans, yeah, they fitted (Woo)
But Lil Uzi, he is so far from the timid (Let’s go)

Kudos to Genius!

Uzi is so f**king unpredictable, right?

I agree with the 3/5. I’m indifferent about this track. Good sound, very strange use of words.
