Lil Tecca & Lil Tjay Join Forces For “All Star”

ALL STAR

Lil Tecca & Lil Tjay

OVERALL RATING (???)

Calling Lil Tecca and Lil Tjay ‘all-stars’ is a stretch… How ’bout we call them ‘rising stars?’

New York hip-hop is alive and well. While veterans like A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Nicki Minaj are holding s**t down for the subgenre on a macro-level, there are a few up-and-coming rappers like Lil Tjay and Lil Tecca that are doing big things, too.

Though “All Star” features production that sounds pretty somber, the track does go hard. Throughout it, Lil Tjay and Lil Tecca brashly talk about getting bags, stiff-arming haters, and smashing women that are probably above their age range. While I f**k with the melodies both artists gift us with on the song, I have to admit, the singing you get from them is beyond bad.

Is crying one of COVID19’s symptoms?
