Marshmello and Southside probably shouldn’t be butt-buddies. While the former typically DJs music that is EDM-inspired, the latter loves him some trap s**t. Today, the two musicians decided to join forces for “Been Thru This Before.”
“Been Thru This Before” is powered by this dark trap beat that n***as in the bando will love. Over it, you get a trill-ass verse by Giggs that is delivered nonchalantly, and a half melodic/half gritty verse by Saint JHN that has him sticking his chest out like s**t. Though the song features a random-ass cast, I think everyone works well with one another on it.
