Jidenna Releases “Black Magic Hour”

BLACK MAGIC HOUR

Jidenna

OVERALL RATING (???)

“Black Magic Hour” is from Jidenna’s upcoming compilation & documentary “African On All Sides.”

Since Jidenna moved to Nigeria, he has sounded like a brand new guy. Today, the 35-year-old singer decided to return to the music scene with “Black Magic Hour” — a lyrical banger in which he sounds emancipated, reinvigorated, woke, and ready for smoke.

Don’t sleep on Jidenna. Though he hasn’t quite had major success these last couple of years, I do think his time to shine will come soon.
