Nelly reminds the world of his country roots on “Lil Bit.”
In this day and age, so many hip-hop artists are making country songs. Today, Nelly, one of the first rappers to have fun with the genre, decided to link up with Florida Georgia Line for “Lil Bit,” a song that you could probably square dance to.
Nelly and Florida Georgia Line do a great job of sounding like country singers that husk corn and wear tight-ass jeans on “Lil Bit.” They also do a fantastic job of blessing us with a hook that is infectious and lyrics that are heartwarming.
