RAP UP 2020
Uncle Murda
OVERALL RATING (????????)
Every year, music fans listen to at least one song by Uncle Murda — that one song is usually his latest rap up.
While I’m not a fan of the harsh-ass takes that Uncle Murda usually has on his rap ups, this year, I wanted him to go below 2020’s punk-ass belt.
In “Rap Up 2020,” Uncle Murda talks about the coronavirus pandemic, Kobe Bryant’s death, Pop Smoke’s death, Chadwick Boseman’s death, Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion’s situation, Jada Pinkett-Smith and August Alsina’s entanglement, and more. Since the instrumental features Alicia Myers’ soft vocals from “I Want To Thank You,” Murda’s bars stick out even more.
Uncle Murda is one disrespectful/brutally honest dude.
