Singer/songwriter Sofi Gev is an American musician that is ready to indulge listeners with her unique take on indie-pop.

Since childhood, Sofi Gev has been crafting her own songs and sharpening her music skills. Though she considers her earliest musical influence to be her father singing Joni Mitchell, her current inspirations include Birdy, AURORA, and Agnes Obel. “Bloom” is Gev’s latest release.

Filled with ethereal melodies that evoke a dreamy/space-like quality of surrealism, this soft pop track of relatable self-reflection is a lyrical and emotional triumph. Sofi Gev’s delivery is absolutely on point in relaying the feelings behind her lyrics while not getting lost in the soothing backdrop of the song’s calming instrumental. “Bloom” is one of those tracks with a beautifully-soulful quality that leaves listeners with shivers running down their spines right up to its last atmospheric note.
