Benny The Butcher definitely burns s**t up in “Fire In The Booth, Pt. 1.”
In my personal opinion, Benny The Butcher is easily one of the best rappers in the game today. Not only are his lyrics usually real as s**t, but his punchlines tend to be next-level good. To prove the folks that still aren’t high on him wrong, Benny decided to release “Fire In The Booth, Pt. 1.”
“Fire In The Booth, Pt. 1” (BTW, Charlie Heat has released a bunch of songs with the same name) features one of those old-school/therapeutic beats that real MCs usually kill. Well, thankfully, in the song, we get a version of Benny The Butcher that is willing to hurl out punchlines relentlessly, a version of Benny that is willing to remind us how much he has hustled his ass off these last couple of years, a version of Benny that is thankful for his wins, and a version of Benny that stays true to his last name.
