Andres Owens is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. He is also the lead vocalist of the popular California indie-pop band The Millennial Club. Owens’ latest release is the very hypnotizing “falling & falling.”
According to Owens, “falling & falling” explores and reflects on his relationship with the internet, and also addresses society’s addiction to phones and modern technology. The nicely-layered song certainly has some distinctive elements of pop woven into its beat, as well as in Owens’ soft and dreamy vocals. There’s a very pleasant and calming quality to Owens’ voice that just draws you in while giving off a sense of getting lost in a daydream up until the last note.
