Tyler, The Creator Gets His Mack On In “WUSYANAME”

WUSYANAME

Tyler, The Creator

RGM RATING (?????)

I will be surprised if this new Tyler, The Creator album doesn’t end up being special.

We all know that Tyler, The Creator will release a brand new album sometime this year; we just don’t know what it will be about. In his previous single, “LUMBERJACK,” he does talk about traveling to a bunch of different places. In his latest single, “WUSYANAME,” he talks about going after a girl that caught his attention during his time in Vienna (The country. No, he did not go to Vienna, VA).

I guess you can call “WUSYANAME” a love song. While it does feature hard-ass adlibs by DJ Drama, the majority of the song is powered by a 90s-styled R&B-inspired instrumental and slick-ass lyrics by Tyler that would make any girl that likes hearing sweet nothings whispered in their ear melt. Though the song is short, I can see it fitting in nicely on an album with a sick-ass storyline.

Man, I’m getting more and more excited about this new Tyler album (Even though he is an atheist).
