Depressing music hits so differently in the summer.

It can’t always be a hot girl or hot boy summer. It’s OK to have your occasional mopey boy/girl summer day. This weekend, two guys that are trying to bring bluesy music back, blackbear and Kane Brown, decided to release “Memory,” a track that made me want to eat a big-ass tub of ice cream.

“Memory” is about finding a way to not burnout while living life on the edge. While the song features some semi-depressing lyrics, it does feature an invigorating pop instrumental, dynamic melodies, and sunny vibes, too.
