Travis Scott & J. Cole Are Apart Of “MAFIA”

MAFIA

Travis Scott & J. Cole

RGM RATING (????????)

What did we do to deserve a Travis Scott and J. Cole collaboration? (Did we reach herd immunity?)

It is now appropriate to freak out over the upcoming release of Utopia. This morning, Travis Scott decided to drop two potential singles off the album. One of the singles he released was “MAFIA” with J. Cole.

I’m pretty sure that Travis Scott and J. Cole recorded “MAFIA” under the influence of a laced sedative. The song features therapeutic hums that Kid Cudi would be very proud of, sluggish raps, charged-up raps, and spotty flows from Travis Scott. It also features trill-ass raps from Cole and a beat that will either put you to sleep or make you bob your head violently. All in all, there are several unique elements to the song, and I love every one of them!

This song is harder than beating Super Mario Bros. without any mushrooms.

Kacey Musgraves released two songs tonight: “Weekend In Texas” and “Mi Tesoro,” both from the follow-up to her 2026 album Middle of Nowhere. The follow-up is Middle of Nowhere, Vol.2: Tex Mex Tapes, and I can definitely hear the Tex-Mex influences on “Weekend In Texas.”
