We need a Burna Boy and WizKid project.

If you are an Afropop fan, you know exactly who WizKid and Burna Boy are. In the last couple of years, the two musicians have dropped a bunch of hits and impressive projects. Today, Burna decided to release “B. D’OR,” a track that features WizKid.

According to Pitchfork, “B. D’OR” was “inspired by the Ballon d’Or, the award that France Football annually presents to the year’s best footballer.” That makes sense because, in the song, both WizKid and Burna bring up the names of several different footballers. As for sonically, the song features a great tempo, a hypnotizing hook, sly verses, and plenty of dance vibes.

Burna Boy and WizKid are legends in my book.
