Shenseaa is destined to blow.
Shenseea either has ‘IT,’ or a marketing team that knows how to convince people that she has ‘IT.’ Either way, I expect to hear from her a lot in the next couple of months. While I personally haven’t latched onto a Shenseea song quite yet, “Deserve It” seems like the kind of track that might make me a believer in her.
I don’t love “Deserve It.” The song sorta sounds like a cliche R&B track from 2004. What I do like about the song is that it features vibes that are welcoming and lyrics that would make anyone feel the power that comes with knowing you are wanted.
Shenseea reminds me a lot of Stefflon Don.
