“No Singles” is perfection. The hook that Wiz Khalifa blesses us with is hard as f**k, Smoke DZA’s Pusha-T-like verse moves the needle, and Big K.R.I.T. actually brings out his aggressive side for his verse. Overall, this is a song that is good from every angle.

Smoke DZA steals the show in “Put You On.”

I just love the energy that everyone raps with in “Put You On.” The song literally sounds like it was made after Wiz, K.R.I.T., and DZA received their latest paychecks. The energetic raps combined with the hard-hitting but soulful beat makes for an exciting listen.

You know how the story goes… The good guys won.

“How The Story Goes” is about the fakery that seems to come your way when you are winning. What I love about the song is that it features real-ass raps that are delivered in the sliest ways possible. I also f**k with the song’s therapeutic beat. All in all, I might have to press play on this joint whenever I need nothing but velvety vibes around me.

This project is definitely something slight. In Full Court Press, you get your typical Wiz and K.R.I.T.-styled beats, vibes that weed-smokers will love, and tons of Smoke DZA. In other words, this project perfectly shows what it sounds like when a couple of friends get together to make music that is not clout-inspired, commercial-influenced, or experimental. It’s just a couple of songs that are raw.
