Not only do I love his ability to dissect hard-hitting hip-hop beats as if they were frogs in a science class, but I also love how he does some storytelling in his songs. Ron’s latest single is “Worst Love Story,” a track that is the climax for his upcoming EP.
In “Worst Love Story,” Ron A.P. talks about the “phase of a relationship where it starts to fall apart.” The song features a hard-hitting beat that has its fair share of soulful elements. Over it, Ron A.P. aggressively, emotionally, and skillfully lays down his juicy raps. Since we’ve all been in a romantic situation that turned sour before, the song’s biggest suit is its relatability.
