An R&B song that explains what it feels like to be head over heels in love with someone.

If you’ve seen our review of Kid Riz’s song “Bacardi,” you already know a little bit about him. His music is a mix of R&B and hip-hop with a splash of afrobeats influence. Most of his inspiration comes from relationships; the good, the bad, and the ugly sides. In other words, Kid Riz makes music that speaks to the soul. You can find his full discography on Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Kid Riz’s latest hit is “Therapy,” the first song on his latest EP, “Paradisus.”

“Therapy” is a sweet song about wanting to pursue someone who may or may not feel the same way about you. It’s slower-paced, but the beat helps to prevent the song from feeling like it’s dragging on. At the same time, Kid Riz is taking us through all of his emotions. He starts off uncertain if a girl likes him and ends up convinced that he can provide for her. The lyrics brought me back to a time in life when I had just started dating someone new. As an artist, Kid Riz does an exceptional job of capturing specific, relatable emotions.
