Lil Uzi Vert’s Hot Streak Continues With “HITTIN MY SHOULDER”

HITTIN MY SHOULDER

Lil Uzi Vert

Uzi, you dropping too much sauce.

I’m definitely reserving my PTO for when Lil Uzi Vert releases his The Pink Tape album. It seems like he is going to hit us with a short little EP called Red & White first, though. This week, Uzi has dropped about four singles from the upcoming project. One of those singles is called “HITTIN MY SHOULDER.”

This is that ‘shake the f**k out of your dreads, f**k up some club speakers, and mumble like your life depends on it’ music. The song features a lot of bass and the kind of lyrics that you might hear from your local SoundCloud rapper (Especially that “f**king on your b*tch” s**t that is said over and over again). This song might not excite old Uzi fans, but if you are new to his catalog, you will love it.

No offense, but I’ma need Uzi to turn it up a few notches musically. I haven’t quite been impressed with his releases from this week.
