Currently, Kevin Gates is on his The Big Lyfe tour doing some pretty freaky things. He’s also working hard on the deluxe version of his Khaza album. We officially know that the project will be coming out soon because Kevin decided to release a brand new single off it called “Major League” today.

Kevin Gates does zero smiling in “Major League.” Throughout the track, over a beat that reminds me that the world can end any moment now, the Louisiana rapper uses an aggressive approach to let us know that he enjoys being underrated, that he enjoys riding his lamb recklessly, and that he isn’t afraid to go against his opps. I think the track is the definition of scary.
