Earlier this year, Meek Mill said that he was ready to release a bunch of new music to the world. He has to start somewhere, right? Today, Meek decided to drop “Early Mornings,” a soulful banger that has him sounding like he has a pep to his step.

Say what you want about Meek Mill, but you can’t tell me that his raps don’t speak to your soul. In “Early Mornings,” using his signature aggressive deliveries, the Philly rapper hits us with bars that speak on his love for his city, his love for doubling up his money, and his hate for opposing rappers. The song feels like the perfect reintroduction to the “I’ma Boss” rapper.
