Skillrex Calls On Trippie Redd & PinkPantheress For “Way Back”

Way Back

Skillrex (Ft. Trippie Redd & Pink Pantheress)

I’m not sure I’ve heard a Skillrex song that doesn’t go hard yet.

PinkPanthress’ music may not get spins in traphouses, but I know for a fact that many people around the world f**k with her. Matter of fact, it’s only a matter of time before Drake flies her out to Toronto. As for Trippie Redd, he isn’t as popular as he once was, but I think he still moves the needle as an experimental hip-hop artist. Today, Skillrex, someone who has seen his fair share of success, decided to release an energetic track called “Way Back” that features both Trippie and PP.

“Way Back” is an away game for Trippie Redd. The song features feverish and Hello Kitty-like production that I think fits PinkPantheress’ style perfectly. Together, I do think that Trippie and PP sound great. While the former provides us with roaring vocals, the latter comes in sounding like an innocent girl that only wants to eat Sweet Frog and watch Disney movies all day. All in all, this is a very adorable song.

I wouldn’t mind watching Sonic The Hedgehog highlights while this song is playing in the background.
