Lola Brooke Recruits Yung Miami & Latto For “Don’t Play With It (Remix)”

Don’t Play With It

Lola Brooke (Ft. Latto & Yung Miami)

I spy sneak disses…

“Don’t Play With It” is probably the hardest song I’ve heard this year. Everything from the scary-ass beat to Lola Brooke’s Kremlin-like threats made me shake in my boots (And I don’t even own any boots, y’all). “Don’t Play With It” just got a lot harder. Today, a remix to the track, which features Latto and Yung Miami, hit streaming services.

Throughout “Don’t Play With It (Remix),” Lola Brooke, Latto, and Yung Miami ruthlessly take shots at unsuccessful women rappers, women that have nothing to show for smashing a bunch of dudes, and women who forget to brush their teeth before going to bed. While Lola and Yung Miami provide the song with grungy and bad bitch energy (Respectively), s**t sounds personal for Latto. Matter of fact, I’m pretty sure one of her lines is about that one person who has a name that rhymes with Ricki Collage.

They should’ve called this song load management.
