No Komment is one of the most versatile musicians I’ve stumbled on this year. While scouring through his catalog, I heard a little bit of funk, a little bit of R&B, and a little bit of hip-hop. He doesn’t have boundaries, and that I think that’s dope as hell. In “Need It,” his latest single, No Komment, $olo, and Ky hit us with bombastic club vibes.
Seriously, if you listened to “Woman Like You” by No Komment, there’s no way you would think that he was capable of making a banger like “Need It.” In this song, which is powered by this booming club trap beat, the “Get on Up” creator hits us with dynamic flows and lyrical content that is on straight demon time. As for $olo, he hits us with an energetic verse that has him cussing out his ex and sounding like someone with a heart that is colder than below.
