will.i.am & Britney Spears Reunite For “Mind Your Business”

Mind Your Business

Britney Spears & will.i.am

Britney Spears has practically gone from America’s sweetheart to America’s rebel overnight. While I believe her mental health has taken a bit of a hit these past couple of years, I also think many people have done her wrong, so she should have a bit of a mean streak to her. With that being said, most of Britney’s rants have come through social media posts. In her latest single, “Mind Your Business,” it comes in the form of kick-ass bars.

I’m old enough to remember when will.i.am and Britney Spears dropped the smash hit, “Scream & Shout.” I recall saying this to myself when I first heard it: “When did Britney start cussing?” In “Mind Your Business,” she cusses and then some! Over uptempo, futuristic EDM production, Britney demonstratively tells paparazzi to get off her ass, calling them b*tches in the process. will.i.am plays Britney’s robotic sidekick, elaborating further on the sneaky stuff piranas do to famous people. Though the song lacks depth, it’s catchy and hella spicy.
