Kuttem Reese & NoCap Unite For “Phone Lights”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

“Phone Lights” is a follow-up to Kuttem Reese’s fantastic “Black Forces” single with Ski Mask The Slump God.

Kuttem Reese is having a great year. He’s released several successful singles, including “Back In,” “Parking Lot,” and “Black Forces (With Ski Mask The Slump God),” all of which have performed well on streaming platforms. Despite his success, his latest single, “Phone Lights,” a collaboration with NoCap, reflects a humble and down-to-earth attitude.

“Phone Lights” is an emotional trap banger with a haunting beat that evokes a sense of loneliness and melancholy. Kuttem Reese and NoCap deliver passionate, melodic raps on the track, touching on themes like the contrast between the lights of their phones and the flashes of guns, loyalty, evolving friendships, and more. For those of y’all trying to stay true on your way to getting it out of the mud, this song will resonate with you mightily.
