Benny The Butcher & Lil Wayne Link Up For “Big Dog”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

I’m surprised that Lil Wayne doesn’t have 100 more songs called “Big Dog.”

Yo, can someone tell me when Benny The Butcher is dropping his next album? Yeah, we’ve gotten collaboration projects out of him these past few years, but we haven’t gotten anything like Burden Of Proof as of late. Today, the Griselda rapper returned to the music scene with a new single called “Big Dog.” Hopefully, this means he’s in the stu cooking up heat because the song is definitely hotter than Rubi Rose in smedium clothing.

Benny The Butcher and Lil Wayne have collaborated on a bunch of tracks these past few years. Out of all of them, I think “BLEED” might be the grittiest. In the song, which is driven by this dark, spellbinding beat courtesy of The Alchemist, the two rappers trade verses about their competitive ways, quick tempers, and reckless lifestyles. While Benny shines by hitting us with some of his most dynamic flows in a long time, I think it’s Wayne who steals the show here. Wayne’s punchlines and aggressiveness will make you do a stank face as if you were looking at Gordon Hayward’s injury again.

I love Benny The Butcher, but let’s be real, he stays getting cooked on his own songs.
