The Kid LAROI Lets His Soul “BLEED”

Rating: 5 out of 5.

The Kid LAROI has his foot on the gas right now.

The Kid LAROI is making a late push for MVP of 2023. In the past few weeks, he has released what I think are some of the best tracks I’ve heard in 2023. What’s cool is that all of his releases sound different from one another; this bodes well for the next project he plans on releasing soon. Today, the Australian returned to the music scene with a new single called “BLEED.”

I am astonished at The Kid LAROI’s range. In one song, he is capable of dropping something that sounds like some authentic hip-hop s**t, while in another song, he is capable of getting his emotional pop on. In “BLEED,” LAROI does the latter. In the short but sweet track, he relies on emotional vocals to highlight how his heart has gone through the ringer while dealing with his current situation with his partner. What impresses me about the song, which is powered by this slow-burning instrumental that has these beautiful guitar licks, is how LAROI’s vocals reflect his emotions perfectly. They truly showcase how hurt he is.

I have a feeling that NAV’s next project is going to be one of his best.
