Snotty Nose Rez Kids & Drezuz Unite For “’96 Bulls”

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Friendly reminder: The ’96 Bulls kicked a lot of people’s asses.

While November might be cuffing season for some, it’s apparently ass-kicking season for Snotty Nose Rez Kids and Drezus. The two rap acts recently dropped a hard-hitting collaborative effort titled “’96 Bulls.” If you’re acquainted with their discographies, you’re aware that they’ve consistently delivered some of the most formidable rap bangers in recent years. Their latest release only solidifies their status as superior to your favorite rapper’s favorite rappers.

This song’s beat alone is mean as f**k. “’96 Bulls” boasts a booming, action-packed beat that feels like it’s trying to assault my car speakers. Rest assured, every person featured meets the beat head-on, much like Scottie Pippen met drivers at the rim back in the day. I not only appreciate their animated deliveries but also the precision of their flows and the competitiveness and authenticity of their lyrical content. If this song doesn’t entertain you, you must’ve been a SuperSonics fan.

It’s crazy how equally amped-up everyone sounds in this song (That s**t is the definition of lighting in a bottle).
