Jam ain’t playing at all…
Jam is the latest talented rapper from Atlanta, Georgia to make waves. One of his notable traits is the confidence he exudes on the mic. In almost every track, he raps with a pep to his step, often over exciting beats that can get any venue jumping. Some of Jam’s standout hits include “Plot Twist,” “Nightshift,” and “Yeah!” His most recent single is titled “No Make Believe.”
In “No Make Believe,” Jam makes it clear that he isn’t industry, that he doesn’t like being around fake people, and that he should have more respect put on his name. From the moment the song’s booming, borderline elegant beat drops, we get nothing but confident bars out of him, coupled with a slightly infectious melody and lively punchlines. Though I think the whole song is fire, it’s the hook that I love the most.
