Sexyy Redd Recruits Chief Keef For The Remix To “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Daddy)”

Rating: 3 out of 5.

According to some publications, Sexyy Red had the best hip-hop song of the year in “SkeeYee.” While I vehemently disagree with anyone who says that, I’m actually one of the people who thinks that Red is a pretty solid artist. No, she isn’t the second coming of Nas, but she is definitely entertaining.

“SkeeYee” stands out as Sexyy’s best single to date, but she has also released other successful tracks, including “Poundtown,” “Hellcats & SRTs,” and “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Daddy).” Notably, the latter received a new remix featuring Chief Keef.

For those of you who find it surprising that Chief Keef is featured on a Sexyy Red track, it’s worth noting that Keef delivered a fantastic verse on one of Sexyy’s tracks from the deluxe version of Hood Hottest Princess. That said, Keef shines in the remix of “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Daddy).” Following a rebellious verse by Sexyy where she discusses athletic booty meat and wild clubbing, Chief Keef steps in with a nearly three-minute verse. In this verse, he effortlessly transitions between sounding cool and intense, delivering bars that both criticize his baby mamas and elevate those he wants to spoil. It’s definitely one of my favorite Keef verses in a while.

Sexyy Red brings out the best in Chief Keef, just like Jordan Poole brings out the best in Daniel Gafford.
